The aim of using recycled materials is to save resources by making use of existing plastic. Our recycled fibres are made from a variety of recycled materials including PET bottles, pre-consumer fibre and fabric waste, and industrial fishing nets. Dope dyeing has a lower environmental impact compared to traditional dyeing methods. The dyes are applied as pellet pigments to the pellet raw materials before being spun into yarn. With this method, there is a great reduction in water, energy and chemicals used, without limiting the quality of the product.
